1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing CHAIN BLAST (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developers of CHAIN BLAST.

2. Description of the Game

CHAIN BLAST is a free-to-play, browser-based mobile skill game provided as a standalone HTML application for entertainment purposes. No account creation, registration, or personal information is required to play.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may NOT:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game or its source code without explicit permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without written authorization
Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

4. No Real Money or Gambling

CHAIN BLAST contains absolutely no real-money transactions, no in-app purchases, no virtual currencies with real-world value, no prize pools, no lotteries, no wagering, and no gambling mechanics of any kind. All gameplay is purely skill-based.

Any scores, points, or achievements earned within the Game have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a fair experience, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Using bots, scripts, macros, or automated tools to play the Game or manipulate scores
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage
Using cheat software, memory editors, or tools that modify game behavior
Attempting to manipulate or falsify high score data stored in local storage
Distributing modified or cracked versions of the Game

6. Intellectual Property

All content within CHAIN BLAST, including the game design, artwork, animations, user interface, source code, and gameplay mechanics, is the intellectual property of the Game’s developers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CHAIN BLAST is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of CHAIN BLAST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game. This includes any loss of data or device damage.
